We have three ensuited guest rooms at Hanmer View, each open onto the balcony and affording panoramic views. Seating is provided outside your room on the balcony and in the garden where you can enjoy peace, tranquility, hear and see the birds during the day and gaze at the glorious night sky. Each room has its own unique personal charm and shares the same level of comfort and guest services. Including air conditioning  / heating.

Each room includes its own seating area with TV/DVD, coffee and tea making provisions and facilities, fridge, writing desk, electric blanket, iron and hair dryer. The ensuite bathrooms have a separate shower, endless hot water and eco-friendly toiletries.

Hanmer View Bed & Breakfast is a smoke-free property and air-conditioned throughout. Guests can choose from room only, continental or full breakfast options, when booking an ensuited room.

	Larch Studio Room The Larch Studio Room with ensuite, and queen sized bed reflects the abundance of beautiful deciduous larch trees planted around the village and in the exotic Hanmer heritage forest. 	Laburnum Studio Room The Laburnum Studio Room with ensuite, and Super-king sized bed reflects the Laburnum trees planted to form an archway in the garden by the original owners. This room opens onto the balcony and offers uninterrupted views of the village, Amuri basin and to the mountains beyond. An ideal place for you to enjoy your visit to the Hanmer Springs area. 	Rowan Studio Room The Rowan Studio Room with ensuite, has a super king bed that can be made up as two king sized singles whichever you require and is named after the beautiful Rowan or Mountain Ash trees which produce the bright berries that provide autumn food for the native birds in our garden.
