At Hanmer View you’ll enjoy true ‘Kiwi’ hospitality with your New Zealand born hosts Margaux and Paul who are assisted by Gina (the family dog) and the ‘kittens’ Milo and Kizmet. Margaux and Paul have traveled extensively and are both passionate about New Zealand, the land and its history and love to share their experiences with you – their guests.
Your hosts, Margaux and Paul, look forward to welcoming you to their home. Their style is relaxed and easy going and they particularly enjoy meeting visitors from New Zealand and around the World.
Having lived in Hanmer Springs for 10 years and enjoying Hanmer for its beautiful scenery, outdoor life and good people, Margaux and Paul are happy to help you plan your Hanmer experience and/or your South Island travel plans.
Margaux has a background in production, education and health management, and Paul a long career in horticulture. When not gardening (both are enthusiastic gardeners) Paul spends time with his motorbikes, a Kawasaki Cruiser and Margaux is a keen reader and part time librarian at the local library.
